We manufacture our hinge lidded, attach lidded ( ALC ) plastic containers and boxes in the UK. This includes the IT and computer crates. Only our library and book trolleys are manufactured out of the UK.

There are no minimum quantities on the crates, totes and containers we manufacture.

  1. How many would I need to order to get my own colour or branding?

 

For your own bespoke plastic box, container, tote or crate colour your order simply needs to be equivalent to a minimum 1 day’s full production at our UK manufacturing site.   1. What are the delivery lead-times?
Supplying from our shelf stock, UK delivery can generally be arranged within 48 hours. We manufacture our plastic boxes, ALC containers, totes, hinge lidded crates and open topped bale arm crates in the UK to ensure that production lead-times from order placement to UK delivery is generally within 10 working days.

 
  1. Can we collect crates? From where?

Yes. sales boxes, ALC containers, totes, hinge lidded crates plus other handling equipment, including; library trolleys, full security roll cages and a range of crate skates, can be collected from any of our customer service centres in London, Birmingham, Manchester or Livingston, Scotland.

Purchased boxes, ALC containers, totes, hinge lidded crates or open topped bale arm crates may be collected from our London centre or directly from our Walsall manufacturing site.

All our plastic boxes, ALC containers, retail totes, hinge lidded crates and open topped bale arm crates are manufactured from prime sabic copolymer polypropylene.

 

10. Do you ever use re-cycled raw material?

For bespoke orders re-cycled raw material can be sourced, processed and used in the production of plastic boxes, ALC containers, retail totes, hinge lidded crates and open topped bale arm crates.

 

11. Do you ever sell used crates?
